Ingredients.
:> 150gm / 5 oz raspberry fresh or frozen.
:> 25gm / 10 gm walnut, chopped.
:> 2 tsp flaxseed oil.
:> 100ml / 3 1/2 fl oz soya milk.
Method.
:> Place all of the ingredients, in the blender and blend until smooth.
:> Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
