Deep Fried Blue Cheese Polenta

INGREDIENTS

:> 1.400 mililiter fresh milk
:> 400 gr polenta
:> 60 gr blue cheese
:> 60 gr unsalted butter
:> salt/pepper season to test.


Method

:>firstly boiled the milk,then add polenta stir until incorporate.
:>add butter, and season to test.
:>lastly add the blue cheese stir it until smooth.
:>lay the tray with baking peper and spread polenta on it.
:>keep in frezzer for about 2 hours, cut and springkle corn flour and deepfried.
